Job Description

We're looking for an empathetic, service-oriented and software expert Customer Success Manager to work out of our Berlin office.

What you'll do

  • You provide technical support for all questions about our software to Sitejet users via email and chat
  • You are responsible for analyzing technical issues and providing workarounds to our international Sitejet users
  • You optimize and automate our Customer Success processes in cooperation with the product team
  • You analyze and contribute to the continuous development of our website projects
  • You work closely with product management, operations, and product development
  • You are involved in the creation of training materials, e.g. help center articles or tutorial videos

Who we're looking for

  • You have successfully completed your (Bachelor’s) degree or apprenticeship and already have professional experience in the field of customer communication
  • You have a high affinity for technology and have already created small website projects
  • You have a high level of customer orientation and see eye-to-eye with them in every situation
  • You have a structured way of working and have already gained initial experience with Wordpress, Joomla, TYPO3, Drupal, or similar
  • You have a good understanding of content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS and domain settings
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English (Level C1/C2)
 and have a good level of German

Skills you will develop

  • Customer communication and requirements management
  • Project management and structuring of complex issues together with our Sitejet community
  • Independent and solution-oriented work in a dynamic and intercultural environment
  • How to use our software, Sitejet, as well as tools like Trello, JIRA and more
  • Detailed insights into the processes of other departments with direct or indirect customer contact
