Job Description

We're looking for an empathetic, service-oriented and software expert Customer Success Manager to work out of our Berlin office.

What you'll do

  • Work with web designers and design agencies, do their onboarding, and support them in using our software successfully
  • Give our customers your ear on the phone, email, chat with them via Slack and Help Scout and help them in different areas
  • Keep open lines of communication with the project manager, engineering, and account management team to stay in tune with new features and to pass on customer feedback to optimize our software
  • Communicate with our customers and community effectively and sustainably to build up a long-term partnership
  • Push on your personal development and improve your technical, communication, and project management skills with our wealth of experience

Who we're looking for

  • First work experience in customer success management or technical support, ideally in a software company
  • High level of enthusiasm for customer orientation and satisfaction
  • Empathetic and calm personality so you stay on top of things in every situation
  • Able to express yourself well and can help to translate technical jargon for our customers
  • A background in or passion for web design would be excellent
  • Able to speak, write, and read English and German at a native level
