Job Description

We're looking for an empathetic, service-oriented and software expert Customer Success Manager to work out of our Berlin office.

What you'll do

  • You are our support ticket hero and handle the requests of our international Sitejet users via email and chat 
  • You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying customer needs, being solution-oriented, and always keeping our quality standards in mind
  • You support us with the creation of our help articles and in expanding our internal knowledge base
  • You test Sitejet, finding issues and helping to solve them in cooperation with our IT department and web designers
  • You show initiative and share your cool ideas to make Sitejet even better  

Who we're looking for

  • You are studying media design, media informatics, computer science or something similar in the field of technology
  • You have a high affinity for technology and can quickly put yourself in our customers' shoes
  • You have a high level of customer orientation and see eye-to-eye with them in every situation
  • You have a structured way of working and have already gained experience with Wordpress, JIRA, or Helpscout
  • Knowledge of CSS or other programming languages is an advantage
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and have a good level of German
